NEFOMC's commitment to protect our consumer/customer information and privacy extends to their online financial needs. While our privacy policies are the same whether or not our consumers/customers are online or not, we have extra measures in place to protect their privacy. Those measures include the following:
  • When consumers/ customers choose to simply "Browse" our Web site the NEFOMC will not collect, capture, or retain personal information.
  • When a consumer/ customer requests an online application for our services this information will allow our consumer/ customer to perform certain tasks (for example, correspond with us or review their accounts). It also allows NEFOMC to provide the information requested by our consumer/ customer. In these cases, NEFOMC will collect only the information necessary to interact with the consumer/ customer.
  • From our Web site, NEFOMC will not knowingly collect or use personal information from individuals under the age of 18. Should an individual whom we know to be under 18 send personal information to us, we will immediately discontinue any inappropriate business transactions with them.
  • NEFOMC is not responsible for the privacy practices, the data collection and use of such data, nor the Web site content of non-affiliated third parties to which our Web sites may be linked.
  • NEFOMC reserves the right to modify or supplement the online privacy policy statement at any time. If any material change is made to the existing privacy policy, that change will be communicated through our Web site at least 10 days in advance of implementation.
